A West Coast DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka & El Dorado Cryo.

fast, fashionable friends.

West Coast IPA to come off the line is Santako. We've based this on one of our recent WCIPA's, Plasticity, but have replaced the Cascade portion of the dry hop with Amarillo to push the orangey citrus character further. Combined with Citra, Simcoe and Columbus the aroma immediately presents plenty of dank pine resin, marijuana, orange and grapefruit zest and some slight peachiness. The initial taste follows with more citrus and a little kiss of sweetness before finishing with a dry and firm bitterness that does't overstep the mark. The body is on the leaner, drier side yet with the little addition of a very light caramel malt, a slight sweet touch blends with the bitter finish to give some of that sticky, oily, resinous character that we love in West Coast IPA. This is a west coast IPA designed with drinkibility in mind and what's more it's even celiac-friendly.
A nod to our beginnings, with an old skool bitterness.
FRENZY starts from a solid malty base, with hints of caramel giving body and memory to every sip. On top of that, a dry hop of Centennial, Mosaic and Cashmere unfolds a herbaceous, fruity profile that updates the classic without betraying it.

Weissbier - Wittbeer - Blanc
A classic southern weissbier brewed with 50% wheat malt, and origins from the german Reinheitsgebot from 1516.
Pale yellow wheat beer after belgian principles. The taste is sweet fruit, apricot, coriander and sour citrus.
For golden moments by the fireplace: "Mein Aventinus" - the wholehearted, dark ruby coloured wheat beer, intensive and fiery, warming, well-balanced and tender. Bavaria's oldest wheat "Doppelbock" - brewed since 1907! Its sturdy body in combination with its sweet malty aroma is an invitation to profound indulgence - an ingenious blend with a strong body. Perfectly matches rustic dishes, dark roasts and sweet desserts.
Edelweiss Wheat is naturally cloudy and of a bright, golden yellow colour. This particularly smooth beer is brewed with all natural ingredients: pure water and selected premium ingredients that guarantee a balanced taste and mild finish. The final touch of mountain herbs and spices (sage, coriander and elderflower), adds a unique fruitiness and highly refreshing after taste
Tokyo Lemonade is a modern take on the Belgian *witbier* style. Mad Scientist has livened up the flavor with the Japanese citrus fruit yuzu, giving the beer an edge and a refreshing, balanced taste experience. It is perfect for warm (and not-so-warm) summer days—and for those who aren't huge fans of heavily hopped beers.

Stout - Pastry - Imperial - Barrel - Barley Wine
Roast barley aroma and immense finish with coffee and chocolate notes.
Chocolate and a strong crystalmalt gives a nice touch of roasted coffee and cacao with a hint of caramel.

Summer Sour Ale conditioned on guava, passion fruit and grapefruit.
The name Trøffel may be clear in most parts of the world, but just to clarify, this is a Danish rum ball, not rolled in coconut, but coated heavily with chocolate sprinkles. At least, that’s the version we made. We wouldn’t call it beer, even though technically it is, or an ice cream smoothie, even though theoretically it could be, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves… It smells like dark chocolate rum truffles, and the best part is that it tastes exactly the same. The deep, dark chocolate brings a dry tartness, while the creamy punch ice cream brings an elegant rum flavor that takes us far away. The sweet-tart-bitter balance is a bit shaken up, as we’ve clearly headed in the direction of a dessert, but such a cavalcade of flavors appears that it would take a miracle to resist the temptation.

BOYAR'S BREW might seem like a treat made for landlords, cup bearers and kings, but it is in fact pulling its roots from humble origins, while still being a true delight to the senses. ?
It's a braggot-style ale that uses immense amounts of local acacia honey, carefully infused with locally-foraged wild chervil and bird cherry tree flowers (by yours truly). ???
It's dry, crisp, spritzy on the palate, with elegant floral notes that still hint at condensed honey sweetness, touch of pollen and notes of light, spent underripe berries, with even a nice anise-like edge to it all. ?
