Red Tuborg is a dark, bottom-fermented lager beer that comes from Barvaria in Germany. Red Tuborg is a so-called all-malt beer, meaning that only malt and no raw grains (maize) are used. Four types of malt is used: münchener malt, pilsner malt and a bit of caramel and color malt. Together, these ingredients give the Tuborg yeast the distinctive reddish color, a very rich flavor and a rich foam. Ever since 1875, the Red Tuborg recipe has stayed the same.

You might be able to carelessly tuck yourself in and sleep soundly after a long stressful day. But right outside your window the city continues to suffer on its own. Car alarms, music, laughter, sirens, stray dogs, broken glass, drunkards singing, bums fighting it out in the alleys and maybe some people even start redecorating their homes at these late hours. As much as Lady Night tries to dampen all this ruckus with its pitch black shroud, there will always be spikes and flashes here and there. But only a few lucky restless souls get to catch a glimpse of the real deal. Way high on top of the old buildings. It all changes into a truly beautiful scene: a glimmering contrast of darkness and bright, shiny colours. Get a break from the mundane, stay up late, find a spot, sip some of this beer and admire the Night Lights.
DDH triple black IPA Water, Grains(Extra Pale, Chocolate wheat, Wheat malt, Carafa 3 special), Hops(Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe), Extra (Maltodextrin, Dextrose), Yeast (US-05) This blissful sensation you've been feeling lately might seem like a blessing, but beware - it doesn't take well to neglect or rejection. In the empty air of your deep sleep, it will have its retribution, switching from comfort to terror, leaving you with only deafened screams shuffling around, sweeping at you with their cold flutters. A bright morning will arrive, but who's keeping time anymore?

Blend of rye wine and barley wine aged for 900 days in Wild Turkey and Heaven Hills barrels with freshly light roasted coffee from Lykke Helsinki.
Port, PX Sherry and Whisky One of our most luxurious barrel-aged stouts. This blend brings together Belgian Stout aged 27 months in Port barrels (raisin, red fruit, walnut), Rye Stout aged 9 months in PX Sherry barrels from Bodegas Fernández-Gao (caramel, fig, spice) and Multi Grain Wine aged 22 months in Wyoming whiskey barrels (oak, fudge, vanilla warmth). The secret for this beer lies in the extra dimension: a house-made syrup of steamed dried fruit—plums, figs, dates, apricots, and peaches—slow-cooked into a velvety compote that melds seamlessly with the barrel character. The result is a rich, layered profile where fortified wine sweetness, sherry spice, and bourbon warmth intertwine with dark fruit, toffee and chocolate in an oily body and long, warming finish. Barrel-driven and irresistibly complex. Cheers!
Rich, spiced and full of character. We started with 200 kilos of raisins, split into two treatments. Half were steamed into a thick molasses for deep sweetness, while the other half soaked in brandy, drawing out their warm boozy notes. To this we added Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla from the Comoros, bringing layers of spice and smoothness. The result is a stout with dark fruit richness, gentle brandy heat and a soft finish that stays with you.

Duvel means devil in belgian. Fruity and aromatic bitter pilsner with notes of flowers.
This mildly spicy beer matures in the bottle and can be stored for a minimum of 6 years.
This is our take on a Belgian classic - but with a hop focus. The idea behind the naming is that the golden iris is used as a mark for Brussels because of the flowers growing by the Senne River bank. As a hoppy trip to Blonde Wonderland, Golden Iris brings you notes of floral goodness along with citrus character from the hops.

ROCK. THE. BOAT. You’ve tried real ale. And you might think you know what real ale tastes like. But don’t be so shore. This is real exciting real ale. Columbus, Mosaic and Citra come together to give a light fruitiness and a balanced bitter finish all brought together with a lightly toasted biscuit and caramel aroma. Real ale like your grandad’s never tasted. This is punked up proper ale.
Our house Brown Ale brewed for our taproom in the former Vridsløselille Prison where our brewery is located. Every bar should have an easy going, malty ale that doesn't bite, so we made this classic English-style brown ale with a low ABV and a balanced, drinkable malty flavor with hints of toasted bread and dates.
