Pilsner type beer
Light, easy to drink pilsner, with a hint of caramel.
Characteristic of Heineken is a fresh and fruity aroma that originates from the yeast, and a pleasant, not too violent bitterness that makes Heineken easy to drink.
Hopped and spiced with tones of coffee, chocolate, nut- and stone fruit. Humlet og krydret med toner af kaffe, chokolade, nødder og stenfrugt.
Added elderflower, gives a taste of fresh flowers and a nice sense of danish spring and summer.
Slighty sweet with a discreet bitter end. Served with a slice of lime.
Top quality saaz hops, pure clean natural water from 300 metre deep artesian wells and three types of special colour malted barley.

IPA - Pale Ale
This is a light, golden yellow session IPA. The hop aroma offers references to citrus, pineapple & mango, and the mouthfeel is soft while the taste is dominated by a balanced fresh, mild and hoppy bitterness.
Citrus, fruity and malty. The 4 different hops, amarillo, centennial, columbus, simcoe, creates a strong harmony. Its not easy to taste the strong alcohol, maybe a little too easy.
PUNK is a modern classic. An IPA with citrus and tropical fruits. A beer that helped change the craft beer scene.
New England Style IPA with lush of tropical fruit notes, fresh squuezed orange juice, pineapple and fragrant cut grass.

LACRIMOSA is an intense and silky Imperial New England IPA from KOM-BEER, brewed with a focus on maximum aroma, fullness and juiciness. The beer is hazy and creamy in expression with low bitterness and a massive hop pressure that delivers pure juice from the first sip.

OSEA is a juicy and powerful Doble New England IPA, brewed as a collab between KOM-BEER and OSO. The result is a hazy, aromatic and silky hop bomb, where both breweries' signature styles merge into one intense expression.
In the glass, the aromas explode with tropical fruit, ripe mango, pineapple and citrus, supported by a soft, creamy body and low bitterness. With 8% alcohol, OSEA delivers both power and balance – full-bodied enough for dedicated hop fans, but still easy-drinking and round. A collab beer created to impress

"We absolutely love Nelson Sauvin in West Coast Ipas. We wanted to balance out the complex earthy white wine and peppery notes of Nelson with stone fruit and tropical fruitiness from Riwaka and El Dorado."

Lip smacking and bursting at the seams. Burst IPA pops with a slight bubble gum aroma followed by fresh citrus and orange pith. Light to medium body finishing with a juicy grapefruit bitterness.

Weissbier - Wittbeer - Blanc
A classic southern weissbier brewed with 50% wheat malt, and origins from the german Reinheitsgebot from 1516.
Pale yellow wheat beer after belgian principles. The taste is sweet fruit, apricot, coriander and sour citrus.
A classic Belgian wit brewed with barley and wheat malt. Coriander seeds and orange peel is added to the boil for a lovely fruity and spicy aroma. The result is a refreshing summer beer with an opaque yellow color and a white frothy foam. I has a hint of sweetness that blends well with the fruity notes from the yeast. A high carbonation and low ABV makes for high drinkability.
Vanilla filling the emptiness in the middle of the sip that is quite common when it comes to most Bavarian wheat beers. Perhaps the most important part of this style is aroma produced by the yeast. In addition to the hints of banana and cloves Monkey Temple is characterized by creaminess and soft carbonation. A unisex result for even the ones who are not really into beers.
For golden moments by the fireplace: "Mein Aventinus" - the wholehearted, dark ruby coloured wheat beer, intensive and fiery, warming, well-balanced and tender. Bavaria's oldest wheat "Doppelbock" - brewed since 1907! Its sturdy body in combination with its sweet malty aroma is an invitation to profound indulgence - an ingenious blend with a strong body. Perfectly matches rustic dishes, dark roasts and sweet desserts.
Edelweiss Wheat is naturally cloudy and of a bright, golden yellow colour. This particularly smooth beer is brewed with all natural ingredients: pure water and selected premium ingredients that guarantee a balanced taste and mild finish. The final touch of mountain herbs and spices (sage, coriander and elderflower), adds a unique fruitiness and highly refreshing after taste

Roast barley aroma and immense finish with coffee and chocolate notes.
Chocolate and a strong crystalmalt gives a nice touch of roasted coffee and cacao with a hint of caramel.

We've gone and done and brewed a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich themed imperial stout. Stomping loudly down the hall - LUNCH BOX BULLY.
It's a 12%, thick and dense, hard-headed imperial stout, laced with raspberry, strawberry, cherry and grape jelly, rich with dark chocolate spread and dollops of stubbornly sticky, rich and earthy peanut butter.
If it catches you, get ready for notes of candied berries, jammy raisin and soft acidity, balanced by cloying dark maltiness and that PB goodness just wrapping it all nicely together. Pastry by nature, but not cloyingly sweet.
Brewed by award-winning Irish microbrewery Lough Gill Brewery. It is aged in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, giving the beer a deep, dark character with complex aromas of dried fruits, caramel, dark chocolate and roasted coffee notes, combined with the sweetness and full-bodied texture of the sherry.

A collab between Fox and Hounds and Piggy Brew to create this brown ale. Notes of caramelised malt, toffee and a fresh light hoppy aftertaste.
Our house Brown Ale brewed for our taproom in the former Vridsløselille Prison where our brewery is located. Every bar should have an easy going, malty ale that doesn't bite, so we made this classic English-style brown ale with a low ABV and a balanced, drinkable malty flavor with hints of toasted bread and dates.
Pedro Pascal in a glass (and British for some reason). A daydream or a nightmare? Both, always both.
When Labietis joined us for an exciting collaboration a few weeks ago, we got forced out of our brewery bubble and sent foraging out in the wilds, in the cold, thunderous rain... ?

BOYAR'S BREW might seem like a treat made for landlords, cup bearers and kings, but it is in fact pulling its roots from humble origins, while still being a true delight to the senses. ?
It's a braggot-style ale that uses immense amounts of local acacia honey, carefully infused with locally-foraged wild chervil and bird cherry tree flowers (by yours truly). ???
It's dry, crisp, spritzy on the palate, with elegant floral notes that still hint at condensed honey sweetness, touch of pollen and notes of light, spent underripe berries, with even a nice anise-like edge to it all. ?
